Download & Install - Windows and Linux

IMPORTANT: To set up CrossFTP for Cynny Space, you need CrossFTP PRO or Enterprise versions.

  • Download and install CrossFTP

  • Open CrossFTP

  • Choose File-Connect... from top menu and select the following parameters:

    • Protocol: S3/HTTPS;
    • Port: 443;
    • Host;
    • Access Key;
    • Secret;

IMPORTANT: The correct Access Key, Secret and Host can be retrieved respectively as Access Key, Secret Key and Endpoint/Service point in S3 Access section from your administrative panel by logging here.

  • Click on Connect

Setup

Check if Multipart Upload is selected and set at 16 MB in the top menu Tools-Global Option-S3/Glacier/Azure tab

NOTE: This option is available only in CrossFTP PRO or Enterprise versions.

IMPORTANT: Bucket name require at least a capital letter (ie. Bucket-name)

For faster transfer speed, it is suggested to:

  • In the top menu Tools-Global Option-Transfer tab set Enable Multipart download: Part Size at 16 MB
